Welcome to Sun Terrace a quaint neighborhood in the heart of Naples. Its just north of the Naples High School and is made up of primarily single-family homes with a mix of apartments, condos and even a trailer park. Bordered by US41 and Goodlette-Frank Road, Sun Terrace is a quiet, family-oriented community with an established neighborhood feel.
You wont get the “cookie cutter housing” vibe here in Sun Terrace as homes here were built by various builders over the years. There are a mix of short streets, through streets and cul de sacs here so finding the ideal street frontage shouldnt be hard. Some homes even boast a lake view with three lakes in the neighborhood.

If you like the beach, Sun Terrace is located approximately 1 mile from area beaches. Its just a short bike ride to downtown Naples. If a short commute is what you want, Sun Terrace is a short distance from much of the commercial areas in Naples, FL.

Homes here were built in the 1960s up to present day and generally include 2 to 4 bedrooms. You’ll find homes between 1000 and 3000 square feet here with most homes including a 1 or two car garage. Some of the homes here also feature private backyard pools.
