Sorrento Gardens

Welcome to Sorrento Gardens, a neighborhood of 116 ingle-family homes, as well as 80 condominium units. You will notice this is a very well established neighborhood, built around the mid 1960’s to early 1970’s.  This neighborhood features “Old Florida” design, with many ranch-style homes.  Sorrento Gardens is a non-gated community with NO HOA Fees for single family homes and reasonable condo fees for condominium units.

Sorrento Villas Condominium

You will also find the Sorrento Villas condominium within Sorrento Gardens. The complex consists of 80 units in 40 two story buildings. Each building consists of two units, one on each floor. All units have views onto a “village green” which includes a pool and tennis court. Sorrento Villas was built in 1974 and units are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with 925 square feet of living space as well as a screened porch or balcony.

Location

You will find one of Naples’ best locations at Sorrento Gardens. Its less than a mile walk to the beach at Clam Pass Park, and is convenient to a wide range of shopping and dining options. Waterside Shops is just across the street and the community is an easy commute to much of the area’s businesses along US-41.

If you got kids in school, Seagate Elementary and Pine Ridge Middle School are less than a mile away, and Naples High School is only 3 miles away.
