You will find just over 90 single family homes in Rosemary Heights in addition to 38 condominium units in the Naples Hideaway Club. Homes in Rosemary Heights were built in the 1950s onwards to present day. Many of the homes here feature large deep lots with lots of yard space (much more space than can be found in other nearby neighborhoods). You will find a much higher price for any large lot homes here for sale as many of the large lots have been sold to investors who subdivide the lot.
Homes here range from a 1000 square foot 2 bedroom all the way to a large 2500 square foot 4 bedroom. Older homes here generally have carports while newer homes feature 2 car garages. You’ll see that private backyard pools have been a popular addition here and that many of the older homes have been recently renovated.
Condo Units in the Naples Hideaway Club are 2 bedroom units that were built in the mid 1980s. Units are 1030 square feet and the complex features a clubhouse and community pool. All units are in two story buildings with units having views of a landscaped area.
