Welcome to Mangrove Bay, a waterfront single family home neighborhood just east of Old Naples. This is Naples most recently constructed waterfront community and is just steps away from Baker Park and the rest of Downtown.

Amenities

At the center of Mangrove Bay you will find the community clubhouse which provides a fitness center, boat launching area and access to the community docks. There is also viewing area to gather with neighbors and watch the boats in the marina.

Boat Access

Boat access to the gulf is via the Gordon River to Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Clearance under the US-41 bridge over Naples Bay is 9 feet so any boats with a height clearance of less than 9 feet can be docked in Mangrove Bay. Not all your boating has to be in the gulf, as the community provides access to the many miles of canals in Naples which are ideal for rowing, canoeing and kayaking.

Homes

In Mangrove Bay you will find a wide array of homes designed in an old Florida coastal style. Within the community you will find a total of 6 different floor plans, with 5 of them on the waterfront, and two inland. Additionally at the head of a canal, you will find four unique cove residences.

Cove residences are the largest homes in Mangrove Bay and feature covered boathouses in the backyard, These properties have the garage and storage on the lower level with living quarters on a raised level (accessible via elevator) to better protect the home from hurricanes and powerful storm surge flooding.  Cove floor plans range from approximately 4,217 SF to 4,246 SF with master suites on the upper level with stunning views of the canal and river.

Waterfront residences have either a canal or river view with docks in back or view a mangrove lined lagoon with Baker Park across the way. Inland residences feel like they are part of Old Naples and connect seamlessly with the rest of the city. You will find residences ranging in size from 2,492 SF to 4,056 square feet in the community and non-cove homes have master suites on the ground level. Homes here have 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 car garages as well as private backyard pools.
