Welcome to Wilderness Country Club, a 300 unit condominium community sorrounded by one of Naples’ finest golf courses. From the moment you enter the front gate at Wilderness Country Club, you will be surrounded by a wooded setting which envelopes the golf course and low-profile condominium residences. The golf course was refurbished in 2004 by Arthur Hills and is considered by many, one of the premier golfing venues in Southwest Florida. The championship tees are set at 6,506 yards and will test a player’s skills from the opening tee shot to the final hole. A typical Arthur Hills golf course, golfers will experience deep bunkers and mounded greens throughout the course. This is one of the few golf course communities in which members are allowed to walk and it is unique as there are no trail fees if you use a golf cart.
The course winds its way through 200 forested acres attracting golfing purists for both competitive and fun play throughout this Audubon certified course. ore than 80 species of birds and other wildlife have been documented within the community
Members working to perfect their game, or just warm up before a round, have access to a practice area featuring driving range, short game area and putting green with weekly clinics and private lessons offered by a Master Professional of the Professional Golfers Association of America.
The Ladies’ and Men’s Golf Associations at Wilderness are very active and offer weekly organized play which helps members feel welcome while creating new and long-lasting friendships.
Amenities
The club offers a wide variety of amenities including four Har-Tru tennis courts, pools and a full-service clubhouse that seats 200 for formal and informal dining. Also, members have access to a five-acre dog park, bocce ball courts, and a regulation size croquet court. You will find a heated salt water pool in each of the five condominium villages located just a short walk from your unit.

Many of the two- and three-bedroom units have been fully refurbished for resale while others are like a blank canvas allowing purchasers to use their imagination and create a residence that suits their unique needs. Individual condominiums range from approximately 1,700 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet of living space and feature an abundance of glass that brings the striking beauty inside. Wilderness is located in Central Naples just north of Golden Gate Parkway on Goodlette Frank Road. You can easily bike to the beach which is about 2 miles away. If you commute it is easy to travel from this prime location to many of the area’s businesses. Shopping and dining is only a mile away, and if you have children, Lake Park Elementary is nearby. Older children find an easy trip to Naples High School only a few blocks down the street.
