The community features two clubhouses, a golf clubhouse near the south end and an amenity center near the north end.

The golf clubhouse offers elegant private dining, as well as casual yet sophisticated Player’s Grille which is a great place to stop for some shots at the 19th hole. The clubhouse features a fully stocked Pro Shop with an on site golf pro for all your golfing needs. Within the clubhouse is a small library, billiards room, and locker rooms.

You will find 18 distinct neighborhoods within the Treviso Bay community which offer residences for every taste.

Peninsula

Peninsula is the newest neighborhood in Treviso Bay. Built by Imperial Homes in the late 2010s and early 2020s it features beautiful contemporary design single family homes. You’ll find homes designed to maximize the potential of the golf course views. Homes here were designed by architect Jonathan Kukk of Kukk Architecture and Design, P.A., a residential design oriented architectural firm. Within Peninsula at Treviso Bay are a total of 55 homes with 6 floor plans. Each home is customized from that floor plan so that no two homes in Peninsula are exactly alike.

You will find gourmet kitchens, spacious master bedrooms and a wide abundance of outdoor living spaces in every home in Peninsula. The majority homes feature private pools and all peninsula homes have terraces and balconies to maximize take advantage of the golf course views.

The golf view estate homes of Corso Bello were built by Lennar in the 2010s. You will notice that Corso Bello is the only community other than Peninsula that offers single family homes with a view of the Treviso Bay golf course. There are a total of 34 homes in Corso Bello. These homes feature 4 layouts offering 3 and 4 bedroom homes varying in size from 2800 to 3659 square feet. All homes in Corso Bello feature a 3 car garage and a private backyard pool overlooking the golf course.

Homes in Corso Bello generally sell between 1 and 2 million.

Venezia

Welcome to Venezia, one of the “veranda condominium” communities within Treviso Bay. Venezia is the only veranda condominium in Treviso Bay with golf course views. A total of three 2 bedroom + den floor plans are available in Venezia. Units range in size from 1,355 to 1,661 square feet. In each two story verandas building there are a total of 12 units. Venezia consists of 5 buildings for a total of 60 units of which 36 boast golf course views. Each unit includes a detached 1 car garage as well as both a front and back screened lanai area. The only downside is that there are no elevators in Venzia.

Units in Venezia sell in the 200s to the 500s.

Welcome to Pavia, the estate home community with the largest lots in Treviso Bay. This small neighborhood consists of only 11 grand custom estate homes. Homes here are between 4000 and 6000 square feet and are some of the largest homes in the area.

Via Firenze

Trevi

Trevi is another terrace condominium community offering the same style units as Acqua and Giavenno. If you want spectacular views of the lakes, preserve and canals Trevi is the place for you. Trevi shares a common pool and pickleball area with Avellino, its sister condominium located just adjacent. Units are in 4 story buildings and look out over the preserve and the Lely Canal. Units here are identical to Trevi and all buildings include elevators for easy access to your unit.

Siracusa

If you want seclusion and privacy, Siracusa is where its at. This small 19 home neighborhood is situated in the midst of Treviso Bay’s preserve offering the quietest neighborhood in the area. These 19 homes were built by Lennar in the early 2010s. Homes here are the The Irsina Series estate homes which are a total of 6 different layouts. Each estate home is constructed on 75 foot wide sites with a living space ranging from 2,394 to 3,161 square feet. Homes either have 3 bedrooms and a den or 4 bedrooms. Homes here have either 3 car garages or two garages that are probably large enough to fit both a golf cart as well. You’ll find a private backyard pool at all but one of these homes.
