Welcome to River Park, a diverse well established waterfront neighborhood just east of Old Naples. This well established neighborhood is located along the Gordon River and several canals and offers gulf access via Naples Bay. The neighborhood is centrally located in the heart of Naples, off 5th Ave N near Goodlette-Frank Rd. You’re just minutes away from all the fun and excitement downtown has to offer! Boat Access
Boat access to the gulf is via the Gordon River to Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Clearance under the US-41 bridge over Naples Bay is 9 feet so any boats with a height clearance of less than 9 feet can be docked behind houses in River Park. Not all your boating has to be in the gulf, as the community provides access to the many miles of canals in Naples which are ideal for rowing, canoeing and kayaking.
River Park Homes
Here you will find mostly older homes with a few newer homes mixed in. Homes here generally include 2 or 3 bedrooms and include carports for parking. Homes here are on the smaller side with most around 1000 square feet. Homes here were built in the late 1960s with construction of homes continuing to this day.
Apartments
Within River Park you will find the Gordon River Apartments which front directly onto the Gordon River. There is only one other apartment complex in Naples on the waterfront, and that is River Reach. There are a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom waterfront apartments with between 776 and 876 square feet of living space. Rents are between roughly $1,200, and $1545 per month.
