Isles of Collier Preserve is one of the Naples Area’s finest “resort style” communities. Designed to reflect the coastal old Florida aesthetic of old Naples and the Naples Beach Hotel, the community offers a wide array of amenities.

The main amenity is the Isles Club. Here one can work out at the fitness center. The fitness center features the latest equipment. The resort style pool has a zero entry and central pavilion. In addition to the resort pool is a lap pool for the serious swimmer. The community also offers a boat house. where residents may launch kayaks and other small craft for boating on the Cypress Waterway. Homes in Isles of Collier preserve generally start in the 700s. Home prices exceeding $2 million are not uncommon. HOA fees vary between $170 and $450 per month which includes lawn care. New construction homes may appear cheaper but the cost of the home site must be considered.
