At the entrance you will find an automatic gate, (a guardhouse isn’t really needed). Everyone here seems very neighborly, and there are a wide array of community events.
For your kids, this is a good neighborhood, with low traffic circle drives and cul-de-sacs its safe to play in the street. Your commute from here is easy with short distances to downtown and many other local commercial areas. If your a beach lover its only 4 miles to beaches at Clam Pass Park or in the Moorings or Park Shore area.
