Briarwood is a gated community in East Naples located just minutes from downtown and many local businesses. You’ll find that it is one of the few communities that is not a “bundled golf community” in East Naples to feature a fully staffed gatehouse. Developed in the late 1990s and early 2000s, Briarwood is one of the newest communities this close to the heart of Naples.

Briarwood is located off Livingston Road near the corner of Radio Road. From here you’ll find an easy commute to many local businesses in the Airport Road corridor as well as a short (10 minute) commute to downtown Naples. Via Airport Road / Davis Blvd or Golden Gate Parkway it is only a short (15 minute) drive to the gulf beaches.
The community features entrances on both Livingston Road and Radio Road as well as a pedestrian/bicycle connection to Maplewood.
