Beachwalk is a gated villas community located a short walk (1/2 mile) walk from Vanderbilt Beach. You’ll feel safe here with a 24/7 staffed guardhouse at the entrance. Within the neighborhood you’ll find two sub communities. Units here feature a variety of architectural styles with something for every taste.
Beachwalk Homes & Villas
Homes and Villas is comprised of a mixture of detached and attached villas on a mixture of cul-de-sacs and circle drives with covered parking, community pool, underground utilities, concrete block construction, screened lanais, Spanish tile roofs with preserve and lake views. Built in 1987, homes are either 2 or 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and vary in size between 1347 and 1610 square feet.
Units in generally sell in the upper 300s to the 500s, and HOA fees are $1629 quarterly. Owners may rent out their unit for a lease term of at least 30 days and pets are permitted.
Beachwalk Gardens
Gardens is comprised of coach/carriage homes on a mixture of cul-de-sacs and circle drives with covered parking, community pool, underground utilities, concrete block construction, screened lanais, Spanish tile roofs with preserve and lake views. Built in 1987, there are 176 units in Beachwalk Gardens. Of the Beachwalk Communities, Beachwalk Gardens is the closest to the beach. You’ll find a pedestrian gate at the west end for a shortcut to the beach. There are two floor plans in Beachwalk Gardens, a 1350 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor layout, and a 1450 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bathroom layout.
Units generally sell in the 300s and 400s. You’ll pay HOA fees of $1038 quarterly for the Beachwalk Gardens homeowners association, and $1261 quarterly for the Beachwalk master association. You may rent out your unit for a lease term of at least 30 days. You can bring your dog or cat that weighs less than 20 pounds.
Amenities
Beachwalk has amenities such as Tennis, Pools, Fitness Center and a Clubhouse. The Beachwalk Clubhouse is the central meeting place for many social events and club meetings. The clubhouse includes a complete fitness and exercise center, event kitchen and pool. Within the community six are Har-Tru tennis courts with plenty of tennis activity for players of all skill levels.
