Verona Walk Naples is a family-oriented lakefront Resort Lifestyle Community built by Divosta Homes in the 2000s. The community is not an age-restricted neighborhood like many of the other “retirement lifestyle” communities in the Naples Area. The community offers a lineup of engaging amenities catering to a wide range of ages. Verona Walk is community that truly offers something for people of all ages and is an excellent neighborhood for multi – generational families.

As you approach the 24 hour staffed security gate at the entrance, your attention is drawn to the manicured lawns, natural preserves, and sparkling inland waterways where 90% of the dwellings boast a lakefront view.

All homes in Verona Walk feature tile roofs and the majority of homes feature private backyard pools. 

The development of Verona Walk is centered around an expansive Town Center which functions as the focal point for all the neighborly amenities and activities. The Town Center is located at the very center of the community and is connected to the various cul-de-sac neighborhoods in Verona Walk by lakeside walking and biking paths.  Verona Walk offers both single-family homes and duplex villas that are situated along the lakefront giving each home a lakefront view.  The neighborhoods of Veronawalk are located on low traffic cul-de-sac streets that are located on peninsulas jutting into the lakes, at the end of each peninsula is a a connection to a beautiful Venetian-style bridge and walkway system that is centered around the community’s town center. The walkways, which are lighted, create beautiful ambience and are ideal for walking, biking, roller-blading and running both day and night. The community, is located on Collier Blvd just east of the end of Grand Lely Drive. The community is located approximately 8.5 miles from Downtown Naples and the exquisite shops and dining of 5th Avenue S. Only 9.25 miles from Veronawalk are the Naples Beaches, and Marco Island with its beautiful beaches is only 9 miles away. 

The community is located close to shops and dining near the corner of Collier Blvd and Tamiami Trail and is only 1 mile from the Physicians Regional Medical Center Collier Blvd hospital, and the FSW Collier Campus is only 2 miles away. The community is zoned for Lely Elementary School, Manatee Middle School, and Lely High School. 

VeronaWalk of Naples has a unique non golf-centric approach to health and fitness amenities. The community includes includes  a variety exercise, and other wellness amenities. HOA Fees in Verona Walk will vary depending where in the community you live and are generally between 900 and 1000 dollars quarterly for single family homes and between 800 and 900 dollars quarterly for duplex villas.
