Welcome to Pelican Marsh, one of North Naples’ most desirable gated golf communities. In Pelican Marsh are 26 different residential sub neighborhoods offering a wide array of housing options. The neighborhood features two 18 hole golf course, the Pelican Marsh Golf Club and the Bay Colony Golf Club.

The Pelican Marsh Golf Club

The Golf Course

The Pelican Marsh golf course is truly unique in Naples. This eighteen hole championship course is different than any other layout in southwest Florida because of its significant elevation changes. From tee to green, some holes feature as much as thirty feet in elevation change.

The fairways are fairly restrictive with a defined cut of rough on their borders. There are winding lakes and flowering marshes that come into play several times. The greens vary in size and undulation, and there are many large mounds on the fairways.

The golf course is a Audubon certified sanctuary, and has played host to a Champions Tour Event. Regarded as one of the most challenging and exciting courses to play in southwest Florida, the course delivers a masterful experience for players of all skill levels from beginner to competitor.

Dining

Once you move from the golf course to the main course, the Club will satisfy your appetite for cuisine, cocktails and the camaraderie of fellow members. From a quick stop for some shots at the 19th hole or a full evening dinner you will find the finest foods and libations here.

The two-story clubhouse provides a warm, inviting atmosphere and is a welcome retreat between rounds of play. Celebrate special occasions or simply enjoy our Chef’s innovative recipes at lunch, brunch, or dinner. After all, there is plenty to celebrate when you live in paradise.

An active calendar of golf, social and dining events ensures making new friends is easy at Pelican Marsh—your home away from home. And, with members who are warm and inviting, you always feel among friends.

The community center is a favorite gathering place for all residents, it inspires an active family lifestyle with a dynamic tempo of social and recreational activities – all in a serene, private enclave.

At the state-of-the-art fitness center, residents can exercise on their own or with a certified personal trainer; take a variety of classes and wellness programs; or experience an extreme sense of relaxation with a pampering spa treatment.

Our nine, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts – are fully staffed by USPTA professionals – and are among the best in Naples for league competitions, lessons, clinics and mixers.

Use of the community center is available to all residents and does not require joining the golf club.

Membership

Club membership is not included with living in Pelican Marsh, nor is it required to live in Pelican Marsh. Full golf memberships have an initial fee of $50,000 and then $14,900 annual dues. Social memberships are $10,000 initially and then $4,750 per year. Full golf members enjoy unlimited golf, and social members enjoy all club facilities and limited golf. There are only 350 full golf members so there is never much competition for high season tee times.

Bay Colony Golf Club

Bay Colony Golf Club is one of Naples’ most exclusive golf courses.

This course is among the best-conditioned courses in Naples, according to members. It was host to the Champions PGA Tour in 1997.

The golf 18-hole championship golf course features gently rolling fairways, expansive greens, and breathtaking views. The greens are kept well hidden near sand bunkers and will challenge any shot made from the fairways. There is water on many holes that may hinder certain tee shots.  And best of all, there is a “No Tee Time” policy allowing members maximum flexibility to play the course anytime.

There is currently a waiting list for equity golf memberships.  For those interested in full membership, there is a social equity option available until a full membership is available.

Full Golf Membership: $250,000 initially + $16,550 per year

Social Membership: $25,000 initially + $4,000 per year.

Homes

Arbors at Pelican Marsh

Arbors at Pelican Marsh is a community enclave of beautiful estate homes. The luxury homes in this neighborhood are spread along Wood Duck Trail or Little Blue Heron Court in Pelican Marsh, Naples, Florida. There are 31 single-family homes in the community, which all provide magnificent views of the golf course, the lakes, and the lush nature preserves. Lots of amenities are available for the residents which include private beach access, golf course, clubhouse, fitness room, tennis courts, bike and jog path, and their own gated entrance. Every custom-built home features unique architecture design surrounded by beautiful, tropical landscaping, and its own outdoor fixtures. The luxury homes are built within oversized lots and feature spacious living areas ranging from 3,000 square feet to more than 5,400 square feet. Unlike other neighborhoods within Pelican Marsh, Arbors at Pelican Marsh does not require additional subdivision fees from its residents.

Estates at Bay Colony Golf Club

Featuring its own private golf club, this is the most prestigious community within Pelican Marsh. This exclusive neighborhood of grand estate homes has its own gated entrance (with 24 hour staffed guardhouse) within the gated community of Pelican Marsh. This golfing community offers residents breath-taking views of the lush preserves and elegant community landscaping. Nestled on a 280-acre area, Estates at Bay Colony Golf Club is composed of 80 luxury estate homes. Oversized home lots have a size ranging from 2/3 acres to more than 1 acre. Minimum living areas of homes is 4,000 square feet, which usually feature the most luxurious furnishing, unique architecture designs, and outdoor features. The residents enjoy access to the golf course, the beach, tennis courts, and have optional membership to the Pelican Isle Yacht Club.

Augusta at Pelican Marsh

Augusta at Pelican Marsh is a private neighborhood of well-designed single-family homes. Developed from year 1999 to 2006, the neighborhood is located in the southeastern portion of the master-planned community in Naples, Florida. Residents of Augusta at Pelican Marsh enjoy the beautiful views of the lush preserves, the lakes, and the tropical landscapes. There are 33 single-family homes with living areas ranging from 2,500 square feet to more than 3,200 square feet. Floor plans include 2-car garages. The neighborhood has its own gated entrance and features a community pool.

Bay Laurel Estates

Nestled on the southern area of the huge community, the neighborhood can be easily accessed through the Vanderbilt Beach Road entrance on Bay Laurel Drive. Homes on the west side of the neighborhood offer relaxing views of the nature preserves while homes on the east part offer picturesque views of the lakes and the golf course. There are a total of 38 luxury well-designed single-family homes in Bay Laurel Estates built from year the 2000 to 2007. The living areas of the estate homes range from 3,800 square feet up to 7,100 square feet. The upscale homes feature lush, tropical landscaping, outdoor features, and other luxury interior amenities.

Gables at Pelican Marsh

his neighborhood is on the west area of Pelican Marsh, with homes built along one circular street of Spanish Moss Trail. Gables neighborhood is composed of 28 well-designed single-family homes developed from 1995 to 1999. Some homes have tranquil views of the verdant preserves while most of the homes provide amazing views of the blue water lakes. Gables homes have living areas ranging from 2,500 square feet up to 4,700 square feet. Residents can easily access Whole Foods market, which is just a few distance from the neighborhood. Most homes were recently renovated while some homes are still in their original state. Although homes are built in smaller lot sizes compared to other home sites of single-family homes in Pelican Marsh, Gables offers ample privacy and quiet space plus the amazing environment and landscape. Unlike other neighborhood, homeowners are allowed to lease their homes.

Grand Isle at Pelican Marsh

Grand Isle is a courtyard home community, the neighborhood is developed along the golf course of the community, on the southwest area of Pelican Marsh. There are 52 Mediterranean-style villa homes in Grand Isle with its own gated entrance and provide lovely views of the golf course while some have serene views of the lake and the tropical landscape. Grand Isle villa homes have interior space ranging from 2,557 square feet up to 4,900 square feet with floor plans including 3 to 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Most homes have private pools and guests cabanas.

Home Prices: 1.3 million to 1.9 million

HOA Fee: $1660 per quarter

Island Cove at Pelican Marsh

Located in the central part of the large community, homes were developed from 1996 to 1998. This neighborhood is composed of well-designed villa homes available in 4 different floor plans. Living spaces range from 1,824 square feet up to 2,699 square feet. Floor configurations include 2 to 3 bedrooms and bathrooms plus den and garage space. Most homes have private pools but the neighborhood also provides its own clubhouse and community pool to the residents. Homes in Island Cove provide beautiful views of the golf course, tropical landscape, and the lush preserves.

Home Prices: $650,000 to $927,000

Ivy Pointe at Pelican Marsh

Ivy Pointe is an exclusive neighborhood of beautiful villa homes in the central area of Pelican Marsh. With its convenient location just along the 3rd and 9th hole of the Pelican Marsh golf course, residences in this neighborhood provide picturesque views of the golf course landscape as well as the nearby lakes. There are 44 detached villas in Ivy Pointe with living areas ranging from 2,000 square feet up to 5,800 square feet. Homes were developed from year 1998 to 2001 and are located off Ivy Point Court. Pets are allowed in the community and homeowners can also lease their home thrice a year.

Marsh Links at Pelican Marsh

Marsh Links is one of the prestigious neighborhoods in Pelican Marsh. Marsh Links is comprised of custom estate homes that are located in Pelican Marsh, Naples, Florida. The homes were constructed in between 1997 to 2005. The primary views of the community are the lake views and Pelican Marsh golf course view. Marsh Links offers spacious living space in their custom estate homes, which range from 3,031 square feet up to 6,062 square feet. The estate homes feature an average of 4 bedrooms and up to 6 bathrooms. The custom homes in Marsh Links provide modern facilities for their homeowners. 

Muirfield at the Marsh

Muirfield is composed of custom estate homes that are located on Muirfield Drive in Pelican Marsh community, Naples, Florida. Sweet Bay at Pelican Marsh

The upscale neighborhood is composed of only 17 estate homes built along the Sweet grass Way. Sweet Bay luxury homes have some of the largest home sites in the community. The custom-built homes feature huge living spaces ranging from 3,255 square feet up to 7,350 square feet. Homes are arranged in a picturesque park-like setting with breath-taking views 5th hole of the golf course. The open floor plans include various luxury fixtures and interior appointments. Terrabella at Pelican Marsh

Terrabella is a private neighborhood of beautiful detached villa homes within Pelican Marsh.  There are 58 well-designed, Mediterranean-inspired estate homes built along the cul de sac streets of Torrefino Courts and Terrabella. Developed from year 2000 to 2007, Terrabella estate villas offer scenic views of the lakes, the garden area, and the golf course. Terrabella villa homes cover spacious living spaces ranging from 3,000 square feet up to 4,900 square feet. Floor plans can be either 1 story or 2 story, with 3 to 4 bedrooms plus a loft. The luxury homes also include screened lanai, private pools, large car garage areas, and other luxury outdoor fixtures.

Timmaron at Pelican Marsh

Within Timmaron there are 84 detached villas built along Timarron Way. It is a neighborhood surrounded by three lakes and lush preserves providing residents relaxing views of the preserves and the blue lakes at the comfort of their homes. The maintenance free villa homes of Timarron have spacious living area ranging from 1,633 square feet up to 2,495 square feet. Prospective homebuyers can choose from 5 floor plan options which are either 1 story or 2 story. Most of the homes were currently updated and feature upscale furnishings like their own private pool, screened lanai, and a large garage that can accommodate up to 2 cars.

Troon Lakes at Pelican Marsh

The neighborhood was developed along Troon Lakes Drive composing of 82 detached villa residences. Homes in this community provide beautiful views of nearby lakes, lush preserves, and the golf course landscape. Interiors of homes range from 1,545 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet. There is a private pool within the neighborhood, which is exclusive to residents of Troon Lakes only.

Ventura at Pelican Marsh

Ventura is composed of well-designed 1 story and 2 story single family homes. Homes have beautiful views of the tranquil lakes and the lush preserves surrounding the community. Ventura homes are built along Ventura Way and were constructed from year 2000 to 2001. Ventura single-family homes offer various floor plans with living areas ranging from approximately 1,700 square feet up to 2,400 square feet. Floor plans provide at least 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a den, and a 2 car garage. There are 81 single-family homes in the neighborhood, all with their own private pools and luxury outdoor features.

Watercrest at Pelican Marsh

Homes in this neighborhood are built along Cheshire Lane and Turnberry Court, near the north eastern entrance of the community. Homes in the northern area have beautiful views of the golf course while other homes provide amazing views of the nearby lakes and preserves. Watercrest homes were developed from 1998 to 2003 and have interiors ranging from 2,548 square feet up to 4,000 square feet. There are 37 luxury estate homes built in home sites that are a bit larger than other neighborhoods in Pelican Marsh. Homes feature numerous outdoor fixtures like private pools, outdoor kitchen, large garage area, screened lanai, and landscaped gardens.

Arielle at Pelican Marsh

This neighborhood is composed of 230 well-designed condo homes developed from 1996 to 2001. Arielle subdivision is located on the west central area of the community offering its residents relaxing views of the verdant nature preserves, tranquil lakes, and the 15th or 16th holes of the well-landscaped golf course. There are 27 condo buildings within the neighborhood. The condo residences have living spaces ranging from 1,500 square feet to more than 1,900 square feet. Prospective homebuyers can choose from 4 different floor plans which usually include 1 to 2-car garage spaces depending on the floor plan. Clermont at Pelican Marsh

The neighborhood is located on the east side, off Clermont Drive. There are 148 well-designed coach homes spread within the 2-story and 4-story buildings. Clermont is conveniently located near the 9th hole of the community golf course providing residents beautiful views of the golf course as well as the lakes and the tropical landscapes. Living area of coach homes ranges from 1,730 square feet to more than 1,800 square feet, which include 1 to 2-car garages. The neighborhood has its own heated pool, clubhouse, and a library. 

Egret’s Walk at Pelican Marsh

There are 208 well-designed garden coach homes in this neighborhood, which is situated in the western area of the community. You can choose from 6 different floor plans of coach homes with interior spaces ranging from 1,204 square feet up to 1,489 square feet. Each home has a 1-car garage. Residents of Egrets Walk will enjoy the magnificent views of lakes, the preserves, and the fountain area. Les Chateaux at Pelican Marsh

This neighborhood is in the central area of the master-planned community and provides residents relaxing views of the lake and the golf course. The neighborhood is composed of 96 beautiful coach homes spread within the 3-story, neoclassical-style building. The condo/coach homes of Les Chateaux cover a living area of 2,216 square feet to more than 2,515 square feet. Mont Claire is a subdivision composed of coach/carriage homes that are located in Pelican Marsh in Naples, Florida. Mont Claire has a total of 76 coach homes spread in 19 2-storey buildings with each building having 2 or 4 units. Osprey Pointe at Pelican Marsh

Seville condo homes at Pelican Marsh offer spacious living spaces ranging from 1,800 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet with 2 floor plans to choose from. Floor configurations usually include 2 to 3 bedrooms, a den, screened lanai, and 2-car garage. Seville condo neighborhood has its own swimming pool, spa area, and fitness room.

Location

Pelican Marsh is only 2 miles from Vanderbilt Beach, Bluebill Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. It is also near to most of North Naples’ business districts as well as within a mile of shopping and dining at Mercato.
