It is one of the quietest gated communities in Naples, situated off low traffic Barefoot Williams Road. Tucked back into a quiet area there is very little traffic. The 3 acre Clubhouse grounds include a resort-style pool with beach entry, two pickle ball courts, and a dog-park. The community includes 660 units of single family homes, condominiums and duplex villas with a variety of sizes and floor plans. All units have clay tile roofs and most units boast lake or preserve views.
Artesia was built in the 2000s and 2010s and units in Artesia are generally priced in the 400s to the 500s; HOA dues are $1003 quarterly.
